About Ann

Ann Kiewiet has been a resident of Hilton Head Island since 1992. Originally from Michigan, she moved to Hilton Head Island in 1992 with her husband and two children. Ann and her husband fell in love with the Island on their first visit in 1982 and were fortunate enough to be able to return to their dream destination and raise their family. When Ann first moved to HHI she had the opportunity to work for the largest and most respected home builders in the area. In addition to the details of building construction, Ann gained a wealth of knowledge of each community. That is when she discovered her passion was working with people during the course of making one of the most important decisions of their lifetime…finding the right home in the right community that best suits their lifestyle. Ann has vast knowledge of the communities throughout the Island and Bluffton. Given the knowledge and experience Ann gained while in the building industry, combined with the love of the Island and passion for helping clients, she decided real estate would be the perfect fit for her. She began her real estate career in 2002 and has had the privilege of helping her clients find the right home, villa, or lot in a dream destination ever since. What could be better? In her spare time, Ann enjoys boating, beach walks & biking throughout the low country.
