She spent alot of time with us showing us potential homes. She made herself available 7 days a week and was always ready to show us a home regardless of it's location. I can go on and on but let me just say, I will only use Ann from here on out!!! She is not the average realtor (she is top 1%)and will do anything and everything she can to get you in the house of your dreams.
Ann showed me over 75 homes before I found the one I bought. She was very patient with me. She knew good inspectors and helped find a good mortgage banker. Before I purchased my house, I put a contract in on 2 others. Both did not close because the inspector found serious deficits that would have caused me problems with acquiring a mortgage and insurance. I highly recommend her--

We relocated to Winter Park from Dallas Texas. We have moved many times over the past 10 years and Ann was the best agent we have ever used. Ann and Marion understood what we were looking for and quickly got us in to see homes of interest. The negotiations, paperwork and closing were handled professionally and we were kept well informed. After we moved in we had a flood of mulch, sand and other debris into our pool and pool drain. Ann brought a handyman to come and look. They proceeded to buy supplies, dig trenches, add pvc drainage and temporary barriers, clean pool filters and more. Ann was out there doing hard physical work. Well beyond the call of duty! They would not accept any payment. She has continued to reach out to help in any way. I would HIGHLY recommend Ann and will definitely contract with her on future real estate needs.
