She found out everything she could about the property, the history, the current zoning and the ease/difficulty of changing the zoning, the location, nearby properties, allowed density of housing in the area, the percentage of the property that was usable as is and heaven. knows what else. Then she "pitched" it to the appropriate buyers. She kept all four of us informed of progress and/or problems. She inspires confidence and managed to get all of us moving in the same direction. I couldn't be more impressed or grateful. She accomplished what we have been trying to do for well over twenty years.

I purchased the cutest house July of 2020. Ann was quick to inform me the morning she found out the house was going on the market!! I knew the house and location so Ann was able to help me get a viewing that day. Because of COVID.. I had to have appropriate financial information as they were quite strict about letting people in ‘ just to look’ . Ann instructed me on that and made the arrangements for me to view the house… Her slogan is …” I go the extra mile… “ .. it is true of Ann .. she is smart in so many areas and has resources if needed… we had a smooth purchase and closing. The home is wonderful.. she worked with me until the right place came along. It has been a great experience. I highly recommend her!
