Ann is amazing, kept us on task and kept our whole family engaged in the whole process of selling our house. It was a tough selling process but she kept pushing us through. So glad she was part of this with us and is now part of our family moving forward!

She found out everything she could about the property, the history, the current zoning and the ease/difficulty of changing the zoning, the location, nearby properties, allowed density of housing in the area, the percentage of the property that was usable as is and heaven. knows what else. Then she "pitched" it to the appropriate buyers. She kept all four of us informed of progress and/or problems. She inspires confidence and managed to get all of us moving in the same direction. I couldn't be more impressed or grateful. She accomplished what we have been trying to do for well over twenty years.
