She is a teacher at heart so she has no problem explaining anything to you. My wife and I had A LOT of questions and she answered all of them within minutes of asking via text or email. She has great communication skills, advocates on behalf of us throughout the whole process and will be ON TOP of everything. She has even gone through paperwork and verified a few things that we didn't think of asking about. I cannot express enough how much I'm so happy we chose her. We closed on a house in Union City 7/29 and throughout the process she put us in touch with all of her network for us to shop around for pricing of Home insurance, renovations, flooring, etc. She encourages you to get the best price, negotiates hard (but with a smile so you don't come off as a difficult buyer/seller), will tell you whether something should be considered a deal breaker (a house too close to a busy street or in back of a freeway) and will care about your life. She clearly loves what she does so if you choose her (which I think you should) give her that appreciation, because trust me when I say this, she's one of the good ones!! My wife and I didn't have our parents involved in the process, but Ann felt like a mom to us. I'm pretty sure we just made a lifetime friend.
