There could not have been a better realtor 'on the market' for us! Anita was always there when we needed her or had a question. She was easy to get along with, came with years of experience in the field and was exceptional in her knowledge, professionalism and character. I sought her out based on her reputation, wanting to work with her and I am so very glad we did! Thank you Anita, you were a pleasure!
My experience with Anita has always been positive. If glitches in the sales process occur, she always handles them in a professional and timely manner, and get the issue resolved. Anita has sold 2 or 3 houses for me and has always sold them in less than 1 month!
Always kept me informed. Communication was timely and informative. Would highly recommend.
Anita worked with us throughout a difficult time in the world and assured a fast safe and super easy sale of our home.
Anita was recommended to me by my son who felt she was the right person to sell such a large, unique, older home and fortunately, as soon as the realtors got the go-ahead to show homes again, it sold almost immediately. In fact, there were only three showings that week and it went to the first couple who looked at it. They are also very satisfied with the purchase & that makes me feel it will be enjoyed by this family as much as we enjoyed it for fifty-two years. Anita was so nice to work with too.
This was the 3rd time I selected Anita to be my agent. Her market knowledge and experience are invaluable in buying or selling a home.
Anita has been a realtor for quite a few years and she knows her field. We certainly would recommend going out of your way to work with Anita. She sold our property in less than 24 hours. Thank you, Anita.
