Anita Frank

I worked with Anita Frank to sell my home, and I couldn't have been more pleased! Shortly after talking with Anita over the phone she met with me at my home. She spent a significant amount of time answering my questions and reviewing comp information. Anita brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase my home online, which created great foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Anita thoroughly explained each offer and provided advise all the way through to closing. Anita was always available to answer my questions (and the buyers!). She is very responsive, kind, smart, and passionate about real estate. I had a wonderful experience and look forward to working with her again.

Anita was on top of things from Day One! She helped develop a competitive bid, there with me through the entire purchase process and followed up after settlement to ensure things were going as expected (even the move!). She was professional, conscientious and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable working with her knowing everything was going to be handled which greatly reduced my stress level! If I move again, I will move with Anita !!!!!!

I am writing my own review as the buyers agent and buyer. My review is really on the listing agent who sold this home. Her name is Mae Nakamoto. She was a fabulous listing agent, dealing with me as the buyers agent and new home buyer. Because I am new in the Florida real estate market, Mae was right there making sure that everything was done correctly, educating me along the way. I had a fantastic experience with Mae Nakamoto!

After having gone through perhaps 35 real estate transactions over the years, I can honestly say that Ms. Frank was the best and most professional agent I have ever dealt with. Always answers your calls, stays on top of things, steps in to help out and went way above and beyond. 5-stars all the way!
