Angie is the best agent, hands down! I purchased a house remotely and she made the process run smoothly in Colorado while I was living in another state. I did not view it in person and still felt confident about the decision since Angie’s expectations are very high. Working with her, I now know that I should’ve expected more from my past agents. She sets the standard!
Angie Grothmann helped us purchase the perfect home for our family, and we will be forever grateful! My husband and I had been working with Angie to find a new home for our growing family for a few months when we came across this property. Angie had already worked with us to become familiar with various neighborhoods and layouts, and helped us gain an understanding of the current housing market, so when we came across this home, we felt confident that we could move forward to put in an offer. Even though our offer was contingent (and there was another offer on the table), it was accepted because of Angie's excellent negotiation skills. Throughout the buying process, Angie was knowledgeable, professional, patient, dependable, and kind, and she walked us through every step, reaching out and communicating with us almost daily. We knew we were in good hands with Angie and that she would ensure the best possible outcome for us. Angie went above and beyond for us in so many ways, and we know she does that for every client. Angie is an agent with integrity, expertise, and vast experience, and we cannot recommend her enough!
Selling a home is never easy, but selling our home with Angie Grothmann as our agent was the best experience we could have hoped for! Angie is extremely knowledgable, and professional, and she was consistent, patient, dependable, and supportive from the moment we started working with her. Her expertise and experience with staging, marketing, and the current housing market brought in a buyer much faster than we anticipated, and we felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire transaction. Angie went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process for both us and our buyer. We cannot recommend Angie enough, and we are so grateful for her!
We are so happy to have worked with Angie to purchase our first home! The home buying process came with a lot of new information, learning opportunities, and tough decisions. Angie was incredibly knowledgeable about the process and the market which helped us make smart choices, and feel confident with each decision. We always knew we could count on Angie to be kind and responsive, guide us through the process, and advocate for us whenever needed. We are so happy with our home, and feel so lucky that we had a relatively smooth buying process - all thanks to Angie!
Angie always goes above and beyond- she listened to our needs and found us the perfect place we were looking for! Her knowledge of the market always makes it an easy and fun experience!
Angie went above and beyond through out every phase of the home buying process. She was attentive and listened to my needs/wants which was greatly appreciated considering my busy schedule. I now recommend her to all of my family and friends. She made the home buying process far less daunting and helped me understand every step. I cannot say enough positive things!
We have used Angie for property purchases and sales for many years! With her amazing attention to detail we are always confident that every aspect of purchasing a home is covered. She knows our local market better than anyone, and always feel we receive great value for our investment!
First of all, Angie has set the bar high for our expectations for any other selling agent out there. She keeps her pulse on the market and provided us with the knowledge we needed to navigate the selling process. She has multiple vendor resources to provide you with, to keep the process moving along quickly. She was always available for questions and very attentive. She made you feel like you were her only client. She is a wonderful and caring person. Knowing we were moving out of state, she went above a beyond to help find a good buyers agent. She contacted and screened them to be sure we would have a good experience finding our new home. Words can’t express how grateful we were to have Angie alongside us in selling or home. Let me just say, we successfully were under contract in 4 days and well over asking price! Angie is fantastic!
Angie is an excellent agent and I would recommend her to anyone selling their house! She is very attentive to detail and thoroughly explains each step. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and selling process and all the details in between.
She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and she was on top of absolutely every smallest detail. I consider myself very lucky to have had her help buying my home. I highly recommend her and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future!
