Angie was very professional yet personable. She guided us through the selling process in such a way that it seemed easy. She gave us great advice as it related to the asking price, terms of sale and ultimately our negotiations with prospective buyers. Angie made sure she kept us current with all documents that needed our attention and/or signatures. She never overwhelmed us, but was sure to inform us of everything step by step. Not only was she our Realtor in the sell of our home, she also cared enough to give us some of the best tips in our approach to buying a new home in another state.
