Angie was very professional yet personable. She guided us through the selling process in such a way that it seemed easy. She gave us great advice as it related to the asking price, terms of sale and ultimately our negotiations with prospective buyers. Angie made sure she kept us current with all documents that needed our attention and/or signatures. She never overwhelmed us, but was sure to inform us of everything step by step. Not only was she our Realtor in the sell of our home, she also cared enough to give us some of the best tips in our approach to buying a new home in another state. Angie was a God send, especially because of the state of the housing market at the time. Her advice, assistance and God’s favor set us up to sell our house within two days of it being on the market. She was always available to address our concerns and/or answer any questions we had up to and through the close on the sell of our house. We worked with Angie remotely from the time our house was placed on the market through the closing. She was sure to follow-up with us until every issue or concern was resolved including making sure we received the proceeds of the sell in a timely manner. Not only was Angie the best Realtor we could have to navigate us through the selling process, she also cared enough to check on us during the 12 hour drive to our new state of residency.
