When it came time to sell my childhood home I was terrified. I was fourth generation to live in the house--a house that was filled with the memories of so many who had come before me. I was emotional, overwhelmed, and had no idea where to start. A dear friend referred me to Angela, we set up a first meeting, and I knew I liked her immediately. She walked me through the process of how to prepare for listing my home and, despite my trepidation, kept me calm and focused. With a detailed market analysis she set a smart asking price and my open house was a success. Despite my increasing anxiety about selling the property and needing to start looking for a new one, she remained a calming presence and continued to keep me focused on each step as we went while also reminding me that the culmination of all of these steps would be a brand new life, leaving the past behind, and finally moving on. Angela continued to work on my behalf, keeping me apprised of behind-the-scenes goings-on, and communicating constantly. If I texted her at 10:00 at night she would text me right back. This was important to me. After accepting a fair offer over asking, we started looking for a property for me. Realizing I needed closing attorneys, inspectors, etc..., Angela was ready with a reference and all of my experiences were smooth and easy. From the get-go at our first meeting until the 48 hour period where I sold my house one day and purchased my new house the next, Angela was right there, quick with an answer, helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive. I'm glad she took this ride with me as I can imagine doing it with nobody else. The day we first met she sat at my kitchen table, looked right at me, and said, "I'm good at what I do." I can attest to the fact that, yes, yes she is.
