Angela Cottrell

I had almost given up on buying my dream home because of a nightmarish experience I had before Angela Cottrel. I had come to the Atlanta area to view a specific house that I had already chosen. I just needed to view the house and get the bid in. Upon my arrival to Atlanta the old realtor told me that the house was under contract and showed me other houses. These houses were trashed, they had everything from feces on the walls, to the stripping of copper wires, and gigantic 5 feet holes in the up stairs area, where you could see through to the downstairs. Worst of all, I had taken 4 days off from work to come to the Atlanta to house shop, and my realtor stood me up on the 2nd day! I contacted Angela, because the house that I wanted had came back on the market,I had 3 hours to get my bid in the same day of my phone introduction with Angela. I had to get in earnest money, sign several contracts and have things notorized. Angela even hand delivered my check to bank for me. She told me about doing a blind bid on the house and if I didn't like the house, I could walk away from the contract within 10 days, since I was back in Nashville by this time. I GOT MY HOUSE!!! My only regret is: I wish I had contacted Angela Cottrell first, because I know my experience would have been as pleasant from the beginning as it was at the end......Connita Ransom
