Angel is a hard worker with lots of energy and enthusiasm. Angel works very hard to find properties that fit your criteria. She walked through a ton of properties with us. We drove hundreds of miles, since everything in the mountains is so spread out. This a very competitive market, so she stayed up till the wee hours putting together offers for us, so that we could eventually win this property. We were out-bid several times, so listen to Angel's suggestions, and make quick decisions. We might have been under contract sooner if we had moved a bit quicker on one of the properties. It took us visiting several to really focus in on what we wanted, but Angel rolled with the changes.
When we started our home search we knew we were in for a bumpy ride and boy was it bumpy. Angel stepped in and dedicated immeasurable attention to our search. Setback after setback and hours upon hours of driving all over Colorado, she refused to give up until we found our perfect home and secured a winning bid. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a realtor that legitimately cares about finding you a perfect home and fighting to get it for you. In this market she is worth her weight in gold. She was consistently responsive and had neverending patience with all of our questions and fears about being first time home owners. 5 STARS!
Angel was excellent. We had an extremely tight timeline, she rolled up her sleeves and dived in. She helped us prep the house after our contractor went a week overdue. She even helped clean the sticky residue, left by our renter, off the ceiling. We had the house on the market less than 24 hours before we received an offer that was 30% higher than the comps in the area. Angel is a real go-getter, and will work hard for you.
When we first found Angel, we were simply looking around, just sussing out the market. She talked to us about housing, she helped us look at lenders, and followed up with us about what we needed to do to get the best possible rate by creating a plan through multiple lender suggestion. We continued to follow up with her and she showed that she cared about us personally, even if we did not get a house with her. After a few months, we went ahead with a lender and got pre-qualified/approved (I always forget the difference between those two). As soon as I got that loan, she went into overtime and lined up showing after showing. Three days of showings she sat us down and had us make a list over lunch. She knew us and what we wanted, but also as people. We selected a property and submitted an offer. She was honest with us about the chances of our first offer being accepted according to the market conditions and how things would work. Shortly thereafter, our offer was accepted. She once again went into overtime and found an inspector, communicated with the selling agent, communicated with our lender, and got all important dates lined up within 30 days. We then closed at the end of that time and ended up in a place that we were happy with, our new home. Angel may be a fairly new full time realtor, and we were first time home buyers. But we were in awe with how much she knew and helped us through the entire process. She worked hard to ensure that she always told us the correct information about how everything worked, even before the questions arose. She was available at anytime we had questions, concerns, or doubts. Her professionalism, knowledge, and expertise made us believe that it was possible and it was. She knew all about the different types of home buying (conventional, VA, etc) and programs available to help us with whichever path we chose. Choose her if you want your happy home ever after.
