Andrew contacted my wife and I when we saved a house we were viewing on the internet. We live in Washington state but looking for a winter home in Yuma. Andrew went to several houses and would give us a live video tour pointing out different items that he found both good and bad. He was very nice in trying to gently guide us to find a good house without being bossy. When we put in a offer on a house and it was accepted he was extremely patient with us when we decided not to buy it. He tried to warn us in his gentle way but we did not pick up on that until it was almost too late. This was when houses were only lasting on the market for 12 to 24 hours before they were gone and my wife and I panicked. When we saw another house on the internet we called Andrew and he was at the house in 15 minutes. We could tell that he really liked this house and with his very much appreciated help we got our offer in before anyone else. Along with his guidance on how much we should offer we got the house. It has now been several months and we are still thrilled with the house. Andrew doesn't just attempt to be a good agent but he strives to build a personal relationship to better understand what the needs and wants are for his customers. While we don't plan on buying another house we would only use him if we were to do so. Him and his wife work as a team and she is just as nice and competent in every way as he is. A person can not go wrong using Andrew for thier agent.
