Behind the scenes, I spend a lot of time building and refining the operating side of the business. CRMs, follow-up systems, automation, sales training, and AI-supported workflows that create consistency and reduce friction. The goal is simple: better decisions, better communication, and fewer surprises for clients.
I’m also active in leadership and training within our market center, working with agents on business planning, execution, and long-term growth. I care more about durable systems and repeat business than short-term wins.
Most of our work comes from repeat clients and referrals, which tells me the process holds up.
