What can we say...the first time we drove down from Charlotte NC to start our relocation process and find a new home....Andy was professional well versed in the homes...the neighborhoods and helped us learn the areas surrounding Alpharetta. He made you feel you were the only client (trust me NOT the case) and was always available for questions. Once we found our home, he was there every step of the way. Recommendations for Survey, Inspection Home Warranty, and what utilities to line up. Often dealing with delayed responses from the seller agent (major company that now buys homes and the corporate red tape) and put us at ease as we went along up and to closing. As a first time buyer, we had very little idea about home buying and nitty gritty things that took away our sleep. Then comes Andrew in the picture. He was very impressive at his introduction. Our buying process was not that complicated but the information and the fair warnings given by Andrew were eye openers that we could’ve never thought of or may not have gotten from someone else. His intentions were pretty clear that he not only wanted to help, but ensure that we understood the process, realize the reality before getting further into the deal. During the journey there were some course changes, but he kept us guided and motivated. This is exactly what we needed. Andrew not only did the negotiations, but also doubled checked all the details before hand and walked us through them. He dealt with the builder up front bringing our concerns and ensuring that the work got done. He was transparent in communication and kept us in the loop for everything. All this time, we knew we had his backing and was a true blessing for us.
