In no time Andrew understood our (admittedly specific) wish list, and when we found it he mobilized a plan, made himself available, and navigated a very complex purchasing process. His responsiveness, guidance, and communication made the difference between getting the exact house we wanted or missing out on "the one". Highly competent professionals, including real estate agents, are few and far between. Andrew & Nagy Properties has our highest recommendation.

We were very happy with everything. The online listing looked great, and Andrew took the time to honor my mom's wishes in selling her home. The house was under contract in three days, and sold in less than a month.

Right on for the market and sellable price. Very pleasant atmosphere, no stress and quick sale.

Andrew is awesome! He has been super helpful in finding us the right property (more than once). He is knowledgeable about many areas in and around Charlotte and is quick to schedule tours on your timeframe. He has also helped us sell a few homes over the years and always at over asking and incredibly promptly.

Andrew was a wealth of knowledge and helpful throughout the entire process. Moving can be extremely stressful and his experience helped us keep our cool while navigating through the sale. I'd recommend him to anyone that wants a successful move!

Andrew is an exceptional realtor who always puts his clients needs first. He drove 4 hours out of his way to view my last purchase since I was unable to and the deal was time sensitive. His service is 2nd to none!

Best realtor in LKN! We've worked with Andrew and his team on several transactions both on the sell and buy side. Andrew always has our best interest in mind and gives us sound real estate advise. Andrea keeps us informed during the entire process too. We highly recommend Nagy Properties if you are considering buying or selling in the LKN area!

20215 Hammock Oak Drive, Cornelius Andrew and his associates were most helpful in the sale of our home. We were not sure how to handle the sale in this new and crazy market. Houses selling in days with mostly cash offers above what had been accepted values. Andrew kept on task to steer us to success. We have utilized his services on five different occasions and he has come through excellent in all cases. I would recommend working with Andrew for professional real estate services and I will again in the future. Verified by RateMyAgent
