Andy and his team have helped us buy and sell multiple properties. Every time he has done an amazing job of maximizing sale prices while minimizing purchase pricing. More importantly, he gets to know his customer so he shows you properties that are exactly in line with your wants and needs. I really enjoyed working with Andrew. We found him online and you can tell when you meet him in person he's the real deal. He really wants to find the perfect house for you, not the most expensive house he can find on the market. One thing in particular I like is that he follows through on his word and takes initiative. He's always on top of things which made the whole process a lot less stressful. I would definitely recommend working with Andrew and if we buy or sell another home we'll only work with him.

I cannot recommend Andrew highly enough! He is the best agent I have ever worked with. He is extremely prompt and hard working. My husband and I called him on a Friday afternoon, looked at 8 properties over the weekend and had an accepted offer by Monday. He was very flexible to our needs and went above and beyond at ever step. What we were looking for changed when we started to see the homes that were available. Andrew immediately changed courses and maintained a very positive attitude about it, despite us kind of feeling like we wasted his time with our initial guidance. I will be recommending Andrew to everyone we know and using him again if we ever need to!

Andrew has been great to work with so far. We have been in and out of the process, trying to figure out if we want to buy now, or build, or buy later. Needless to say we are very back and forth but he is beyond patient with us, checks in but not so frequently that it feels pushy or overwhelming. He’s quickly learned what we are looking for and has tailored houses he suggests to our style. And he’s honest. I can’t stress the importance of that enough. We haven’t bought a home yet, but we know Naggy is our guy through the process and will be there when we finally settle on one.
