Andrew worked his but off to get us in a home that checked off our boxes in the price range we wanted. For a year he went in houses with us, scheduling tours, and if he saw something wrong he would point it out and tell us not to put our money in that house - we’d move onto the next one. When his paycheck depends on us buying a house, you know he is truly looking out for you when he tells you not to buy one. We looked at at least 5-10 properties he told us not to invest in before finding one he was comfortable would fit our needs and had no hidden problems. He worked to get us undisclosed information. He answered at all hours of the day (and night). When we finally signed on our house, he truly looked happy for us and excited. It was clear he was invested in us and getting us the right home. There’s nothing else you can ask for or expect in an agent. I’ll use him for any future real estate we may want or need and make sure my parents use him when they move to town in a few years time. Great experience during one if the worst markets to buy a home.
