Andrew was amazing to work with on the initial purchase of a property in Cornelius. The house had not been inhabited for two years so I was a little nervous about the purchase. He worked with me to go through the pros and cons. In addition, he spent a good deal of time assessing what would need to be done to the house and helping me understand my options for the dock. Once I moved in, he provided me with contractors to help with a few odd jobs. I absolutely loved the property for the next two years! Due to an opportunity in Atlanta, I had to sell the house two years later. I worked with Andrew on the sale. We had three offers within 24 hours, the sale was complete quickly. And most importantly, the guidance paid off, the property was indeed an investment that paid off! Andrew was great to work with and I would work with him again!
