After looking for property for a few years, we ran across Andrew Nagy of Nagy Properties, the listing agent for a very interesting home. That property did not work for us, but we were impressed with Andrew. We outlined all of our needs and wants for a new residence, and Andrew locked into exactly what we were looking for. In the process of selling two homes, I had initially attempted to market under a FSBO format. I was contacted by many realtors in my area to list the homes with their companies. One of them was Nagey Properties. From the point of introductions, Andrew set himself apart from all others by taking a different approach with the opportunity to market my home. Andrew Nagy did a fantastic job as my real estate agent on recent purchase. I came across him because he was the listing agent on the property. After speaking with him a few times I decided that he would do a good job representing my interests as well, so bringing in my own agent was not necessary. As go between from me to the buyer we got through the home inspection, negotiated various repairs and managed to coordinate the buyers exit along with my taking over the property. I appreciated his quick replies, and responsiveness to be on site for some quickly scheduled inspections. He was also knowledgeable about businesses in the area when we were searching for multiple estimates on some of the repair work necessary.

Andrew was amazing from the first call I made to him, to the closing of our home. My husband and I purchased a home out of state and Andrew made the process more smooth than I ever imagined.
