I had never met Andrew or his wife but when I noticed these properties selling as fast as they did, I knew it had to be the real estate company. The first meeting with Andrew went very well. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the marketing strategy we needed to take. He listened to the reasons I wanted to sell and also what I was looking for in a new home. I was very surprised at what he thought we should list my home for! I had no idea it would sell for that price. I trusted Andrew and told him I would go with what he felt was right. He took some pictures and later wrote up the listing. It was sent out to local realtors the next afternoon and went on the MLS the following morning. By that afternoon I had my first offer. It wasn't even on the marked a full day! Once we had the offer Andrew got some listings together for me to look at the following Saturday. He really listened to what I was looking for. I wanted to downsize and also wanted a townhouse with a garage. The first day we went out I found exactly what I was looking for. He checked to see if it was available and I made the offer. The sellers accepted and it was pretty much a done deal at that point. I have been in my new home for 2 weeks now and I couldn't be happier.
