Andrew doesn't just list homes, he makes deals happen. We wanted to sell our house to purchase a larger home. Andrew took the time to understand our motivations/desires/etc. and then made it all happen. He worked tirelessly to get our house under contract and to ensure we purchased the home we really wanted. And he was able to keep both transactions alive, despite some pretty formidable odds at times. We can't say enough about Andrew, he is the only real estate broker we would recommend in the Lake Norman area.
This agency is the most professional we have worked with on many home closings. Great flyers and promotional materials and very responsive. Four color promotional flyer on our home was the best we have ever had.
I noticed that every home that came up for sale in my neighborhood that was listed with Nagy Properties sold very fast. I had never met Andrew or his wife but when I noticed these properties selling as fast as they did, I knew it had to be the real estate company. The first meeting with Andrew went very well. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the marketing strategy we needed to take. He listened to the reasons I wanted to sell and also what I was looking for in a new home. I was very surprised at what he thought we should list my home for! I had no idea it would sell for that price. I trusted Andrew and told him I would go with what he felt was right. He took some pictures and later wrote up the listing. It was sent out to local realtors the next afternoon and went on the MLS the following morning. By that afternoon I had my first offer. Andrew went over the information with me and explained everything to me. As I said, I trusted him and decided to accept the offer. On September 11th we closed and my home was sold! It wasn't even on the marked a full day! Once we had the offer Andrew got some listings together for me to look at the following Saturday. He really listened to what I was looking for. I wanted to downsize and also wanted a townhouse with a garage. The first day we went out I found exactly what I was looking for. He checked to see if it was available and I made the offer. The sellers accepted and it was pretty much a done deal at that point. I have been in my new home for 2 weeks now and I couldn't be happier. Andrew spent 2 days with us looking at 25 homes in the areas we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable in all the areas we were looking at as well as what improvements that were needed in each house I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone that needs the perfect home.
