Andrew and his team were GREAT to work with! He was very knowledgeable about different areas and let me know the pros and cons of each. He answered every question I had and made me feel comfortable taking the big leap of putting in offers! I highly recommend and will use him again in the future!
Andrew Nagy is an exceptional real estate agent. As a repeat client I can say he has worked with us on multiple real estate transactions and we have been blown away every time by his knowledge, experience, communication and willingness to work through every situation we've thrown at him. I highly recommend Nagy Properties.

Andrew is fantastic to work with. We have purchased and sold several houses in the area and have always been very happy with Nagy Properties. Highly recommend!
We spent over two months house-hunting in the Lake Norman area, looking at close to thirty houses. Once we met Andrew he figured out what we wanted before we did. We looked at a few more and settled on the one he knew was best for us from the beginning. We couldn’t have found our future home without him.
Andrew was amazing to work with. We were looking for a condo on Lake Norman and just happened to get connected with him when we inquired about one of the condos for sale. He is extremely knowledgable about the area and was quick to understand what we were looking for. He did not pressure us at all and in fact, was very understanding when we decided not to buy at this time. We will definitely be using him when we do decide to purchase a property on Lake Norman! He was awesome! Thank you Andrew!
Andrew and his team have sold all of my properties in such a short amount of time, it was truly impressive and unexpected. Since moving to NC, Andrew has helped me with all of my Real Estate needs. I use him and will never use another realtor EVER!!
Andrew has been great to work with while buying and selling homes in Davidson, NC. He is very responsive and knows how to negotiate the deal. We have moved a lot over the years and our experience with him as been the best we have ever had with a realtor. We highly recommend!
Andrew Nagy is exceptional. I had the opportunity to work with him on both the buyer and seller side of home purchasing. When buying my home as a first-time buyer he was instrumental in helping to get the best financially sound situation possible. He was prepared and professional. I knew I had made the right choice on the property I bought. When it came time to sell my home, he again helped prepare the home for the market and it was under contract in less than 24 hours. He brings to the field, great expertise, knowledge and intuition. In both situations I walked away with a fantastic deal. I highly recommend Nagy Properties and will continue to use them as a resource when buying or selling a home.
From the time I contacted Andrew, I was purchasing a condo out of state. Thinking about moving from NY to NC was always in the back of my mind for many years. I found the perfect place for me on Zillow. I booked a flight and met Andrew to view the lakefront condo. He showed me everything else on the market In the area, but my first choice was still my first choice. Throughout negotiations he kept me informed and aware of the contractual agreement in place. I just closed on the condo yesterday! Andrew has been very helpful getting all information I request. Andrew Nagy cares, is patient, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services to anyone listing or buying a property.
Andrew is most responsive, pro-client, energetic, rational, and informative. After listing with another broker for six months with no results, our property was under contract in days after Andrew took over. The difference was remarkable. We're sincerely appreciative of his methods and efforts.
