We chose to work with Andrew to sell our house after he helped us to buy it in 2018. We had such a positive experience working with him then, that we decided he would be perfect to work with again. To put it mildly, we couldn't be happier working with Andrew. He is the consummate professional, able to navigate all steps of the selling process with ease. He has excellent knowledge of the Twin Cities market, which helped us fetch a great price for our house. Additionally, he has a great 'eye for style,' which was instrumental in helping us to stage our house. He also went above and beyond, helping on little 'fix-it' projects required to get our house to the finish line. Andrew's communication style is straight-forward, approachable, and non-pretentious, which was extremely helpful whenever we had questions. Plus, he was available to answer even the smallest questions nearly 24/7. Beyond his technical real-estate skills, Andrew possesses a high emotional intelligence. This was super important during a few difficult times toward the end of the process where a buyer fell through. Andrew seamlessly boosted our confidence and provided reassurance that we would get to the finish line. Overall, Andrew felt like a true partner through the whole process, and he represented our best interests, always. Needless to say, if we move back to the Twin Cities area, we will surely partner with him again.

Andrew went above and beyond in helping me find my first home in Minneapolis. I was new to the area, and Andrew was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the different neighborhoods and areas of the city. I bought during a tough, fast market with multiple offers, which made it even more important that I had an agent who thoroughly understood the market. Andrew did a tremendous job, through some pretty extraordinary circumstances, in locating and orchestrating the purchase of our home. He has a wealth of knowledge of the Uptown region of Minneapolis. He listened to our needs and accompanied us on visits to many properties. I recommend Andrew to anyone who wants more than an agent, but who hopes for an advocate!

Andrew is very knowledgeable. I needed his expertise and patience showing me the available properties. I was undecided what to do and his reassurance and positive attitude helped me find what fit me best. He sold my home in a few days and at a the asking price. Andrew is very positive and great to work with. Our family has had great success in the buying/selling of our homes with Andrew as our realtor. I felt supported by him and I felt I could call or text any questions or concerns. He was there at the closing and the closing went well. I always knew I would get an honest answer from Andrew. We got lucky finding Andrew to help us find our house. We had been working with a different realtor prior to meeting him and after several cancellations and appointments that she handed off to a colleague we were just about ready to give up. The housing market in the summer of 2018 was crazy and because of Andrew’s constant encouragement, we can finally say that we are done with renting. He is also very well connected. There were so many issues that popped up along the way and Andrew would always respond, “Don’t worry, I have a guy for that. I will have it taken care of,” and he always did. I will be recommending him to everyone that I know who is looking to purchase a home.

I’ve worked with a few realtors in the past and Andrew was by far the easiest to communicate with and made me feel comfortable throughout the complete home buying experience. I recommend him to anyone searching for a home/condo in the greater Minneapolis area. His strong and expansive network was the main reason I was able to secure the condo I now own in the north loop.
