Andrew went above and beyond in helping me find my first home in Minneapolis. We got lucky finding Andrew to help us find our house. We had been working with a different realtor prior to meeting him and after several cancellations and appointments that she handed off to a colleague we were just about ready to give up. Andrew Maleson recently helped us buy our first home in South Minneapolis. We searched for about four months, and during this time Mr. Maleson was extremely professional and represented our best interests at all points of the process. I am a first time home buyer and Andrew made things easy. He was a true hunter in the market finding things that were in my price range and offered the amenities I was looking for. Andrew got me what I was asking even though other units like mine were selling for less. When January Came I wanted to take my 55+ condo off the market until spring. He convinced me that wasn't a good idea as many people look for condos in the MN winter. Well, two weeks later it sold. He let me call when closing would be because I was wintering in AZ. Everything went very smoothly. I was highly impressed with Andrew and would use him again.
