When we hit a bump in the road and fell out of escrow (buyer’s fault not Andy’s lol) he and his wife staged our vacant home and made sure it was beautiful. Our past realtor Janina Beard who was very helpful in getting our home out here recommended Andy Coleman so I could get rental property out here and he was very helpful and when he was not available for a short period his assistant Blair was great as well. I he was very helpful in giving me information on getting a manager and insurance on the new place. All in all I would recommend his service in the future.

Andy and Blair were awesome and very helpful I was referred to Andy by the realtor that helped us find our home her name was Janina Beard and I knew that anyone she recommended would be great. I was not disappointed.
