Andrew/Andy was top-notch in every way. From the start when he directed me to a competent, skilled lender to helping unload boxes after the house purchase he showed his commitment to getting me the best home possible. He worked with me while on vacation and on weekends and after hours. I highly recommend him for his genuine concern, his knowledge and help.

Andy did an awesome job. He answered all of our questions, was understanding, was patient, was and is an awesome man to work with overall and we recommend him to anyone looking to move to the Treasure Valley.

Andrew cares and makes it a point to meet your needs on a personal level to find your next home. He cares. He works very hard and is a top professional! You will not go wrong in teaming up with him for certain! I could not be more pleased and blessed in having him find my perfect home. Thanks Andrew! Always my good friend.

We had a great experience working with Andy. When we hit a bump in the road and fell out of escrow (buyer’s fault not Andy’s lol) he and his wife staged our vacant home and made sure it was beautiful. Home selling can be stressful but it meant the world to us to have sometime trustworthy advocating for and advising us through the process.

Andy was great to work with. Super friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Our home purchase went very smoothly.

Andy was very effective in helping us navigate the home buying process. This was our first time buying a new construction home. He brought valuable insight into the local market, our specific neighborhood, and the builder’s process and reputation. Andy was consistently responsive, patient with our many questions, and proactive in keeping things moving smoothly. Beyond his expertise, he's personable, professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. We felt supported every step of the way and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Andrew is dedicated and full of integrity. He worked hard for us and got the job done. He was always willing to answer our questions and make sure we were taken care of.

Our past realtor Janina Beard who was very helpful in getting our home out here recommended Andy Coleman so I could get rental property out here and he was very helpful and when he was not available for a short period his assistant Blair was great as well. I he was very helpful in giving me information on getting a manager and insurance on the new place. All in all I would recommend his service in the future.

Andy and Blair were awesome and very helpful I was referred to Andy by the realtor that helped us find our home her name was Janina Beard and I knew that anyone she recommended would be great. I was not disappointed.

Working with Andy was so easy! He was super patient with us as we connected early and then worked to sell our house out of state. Andy was receptive to everything we were looking for in our new home. He was very knowledgeable throughout the entire process, keeping us informed every step of the way. Communication was great, timely responses, and always available, even if on vacation. Although we let him have that time, it was nice to know that he was willing to be available should anything arise. As a family man himself, he was so great and understanding about having the kids and a crazy toddler in tow for all our viewings. I definitely recommend Andy to anyone needing a realtor!!

Working with Andy was thoroughly enjoyable. He was attentive, knowledgable, flexible, and had our own interests in view. After working with Andy, we felt that we had gained a trusted advisor and true friend. Andy is friendly and generous with his time and resources. Working with Andy made a stressful time in our life an enjoyable experience, which is not easy to accomplish. He is a gifted realtor and overall a great person and was not only a great realtor to work with, but perhaps one of the best people I have worked with in general. I would STRONGLY recommend Andy Coleman to anyone looking to buy a home in Idaho.

Andrew was so helpful in providing direction in the recent real estate acquisitions that my wife and I made. He is very knowledgeable of the Meridian market place and surrounding areas. He also provided excellent referrals of other professionals needed for the completion of our transactions. I highly recommend him.
