Andres was absolutely amazing! He was so attentive and organized! It was a breeze to sell our house through him and his wife! We appreciate you guys!

My wife and I were first time/novice home buyers. Novice doesn't correctly describe our lack of our knowledge in the home buying process. Andres took the time to guide and help us learn what we wanted for our first home. We would recommend Andres to any home buyer that are not looking for a house, but the RIGHT HOUSE.

I highly recommend working with Andres and his wife! They are very knowledgeable and I am very thankful for all their time these past few months. Andres was very personable and made the process so much easier! He spent many hours on Saturday's and Sunday's trying to find me the perfect home. I enjoyed working with him and my parents did as well. We all now have a realtor for life!

Andres made my home buying process very smooth. He arranged an initial meeting to go over my needs/wants and how the process works. He never made me feel pressured to make a decision or like a burden. He was always available to answer any questions I had and show houses.....even last minute requests.

He was very helpful and relaxed at the same time, which is what I was looking for in an agent. He did everything he could to help make the process easier and painless. The only thing I didn't like was he recommended a inspector that did a horrendous job. He did not provide a lot of critical information about the house, which I had to learn on my own later. I would tell Andres not to use that man ever again!

Andres did a great job and helped with the sale of the home from the decision to list until closing. Since we live out of state we were able depend on Andres to help with every step. He had great contacts that were able to help us with what was needed if we couldn't do it ourselves. It was very helpful that we had someone we could depend on. Not only was he trust worthy but he did what he said he would do.
