Andrea both sold me my house and then helped me sell it years later when I was leaving the area. She was phenomenal! So incredibly knowledgeable about the area and made the process stress free from a both a sellers and a buyers perspective. She was very honest about the properties we looked at when I was buying a house and I felt very confident that she would only show me houses that fit my needs. As a seller she was very professional and helpful when getting the house ready to put on the market and was organized and thorough when putting offers together before presenting them. She made sure to vet every offer before presenting it as an option. If I ever need a realtor again I would definitely call Andrea again.

Andrea was a wonderful agent to work with. She always had answers to all my questions, which is important when it comes to buying your first home. Very friendly and caring. She wants a home that best suits you and what you like. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy a house.

Long answer: My feelings on realtors has been that they charge a high price either unlock doors for us as a buyer, or wait for a buyer to walk in when we sell. After many relocations we've frequently been disappointed with the efforts of our realtors, and have never been impressed... until working with Andrea. Andrea got to know us & what we were looking for. She sent homes that fit what we wanted, not everything on the MLS in our price range. She scouted homes in advance. When needed she was able to recommend contractors to answer questions before we bought (my wife likes tearing out walls). She made observations about homes & areas that provoked thought. And, she made actual recommendations that helped our decision making. For one home, she arrived first and called telling us "you won't like this one... there's no need to make the trip", after driving by it later she was right. And, for every house it was clear she'd done some work in advance of our arrival. We're very appreciative of Andrea. Will defiantly use her services again. And, we felt that her efforts were worth every penny of comission earned!
