Andrea grew up in the foothills outside of Denver, living the tranquil and spacious lifestyle Colorado offers. Her parent's dream was to raise her with horses, as both of them grew up riding. Andrea fell in love with the sport of dressage to the point of an ongoing competitive show career (USDF & WDDA) and became a professional trainer.
As a full-time Realtor, Andrea utilizes her degrees in communication and marketing from the University of Colorado to communicate, guide, and negotiate effectively with her clients. Additionally, her time as a professional riding coach has come in handy. Many clients have told her she has a "calming nature" and "teacher vibes," helping them manage stress while making logical and educated decisions. Andrea strives to exceed expectations in marketing, technology, and organization. Aligning herself with Compass has allowed her to provide an exceptional experience to her clients.
Though Andrea works on all residential properties, she is an expert on horse properties, horse boarding facilities, and mountain luxury. Andrea loves collaborating and sharing her experiences when picking out dream horse properties or a boarding facility business venture. She has worked with all levels of buyers and sellers and is happy to adjust to each individual's needs to help them have a stress-free and enjoyable experience.
When not touring homes with clients or sharing her newest listing on social media, you can find Andrea at the barn playing with her horses, Cheyenne and Hefner. She also enjoys spending time with her little family in the outdoors - hiking, camping, skiing, and fishing.
