Early on in the process, it was apparent to me that Andrea was absolutely a proficient real estate agent. She demonstrated masterful knowledge of all the components of real estate that can become frustrating or even confusing (to me) when too many of them are occurring simultaneously, which definitely happened. Nevertheless, she navigated all of the obstacles gracefully, communicated with us constantly, and it was clear she had our best interests as her main goal. From the moment we met Andrea, we were impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm. She was prepared with a very nice market comparison for us and thoroughly reviewed her companies values and the plan for selling our house. The marketing of our house was phenomenal! Numerous pictures inside and out, including drone shots and a drone video with her narrating the highlights. Andrea also did a great job dealing with some not very pleasant buyers and their agent.
