This is our 4th transaction with Andrea and they have all gone swimmingly well. She sold 3 properties (all getting ask price or really close) and worked a land purchase transaction. Andrea was very quick to respond with answers to our questions. She sent us homes to look at that met our criteria and knew our price range. When an issue came up during closing, she immediately contacted the other realtor and solved the issue.
