Andrea guided us successfully through a purchase at a desirable area of the Oregon Coast. We felt that she knew the market well, had great suggestions for us, and was watchful throughout the purchase and closing. She did not try to pressure us into looking at homes that did not fit our needs and wishes, and she wrote up and stood behind a very complicated offer. The only reason I am not giving her 5 stars is that she was completely hands off about helping find and schedule inspections in a location where we really didn't know anyone, although she did provide a list of possible inspection providers we could contact. She is the first real estate agent I've ever encountered who was not felt that she couldn't be helpful with that.
