Andrea Mace has excellent market knowledge having the experience of selling homes on the whole North Oregon Coast!! Her communication skills and professionalism is of high quality! She is also extremely computer tech savvy. In my opinion this is an absolute skill a successful Realtor needs to demonstrate, which she did! I would highly recommend Andrea Mace!
Right out of the gate Andrea was ready to help and found us a piece of land we are looking for it and under a week. She was very knowledgeable about the coast and lead us in the right direction including putting us in contact with local contractors to work with in the future once we build and help us figure out if it was the right spot to do so! Andrea guided us successfully through a purchase at a desirable area of the Oregon Coast. We felt that she knew the market well, had great suggestions for us, and was watchful throughout the purchase and closing. She did not try to pressure us into looking at homes that did not fit our needs and wishes, and she wrote up and stood behind a very complicated offer. The only reason I am not giving her 5 stars is that she was completely hands off about helping find and schedule inspections in a location where we really didn't know anyone, although she did provide a list of possible inspection providers we could contact. She is the first real estate agent I've ever encountered who was not felt that she couldn't be helpful with that.
