We contacted Andrea based on the reviews that were posted by previous clients. Every compliment about her service is true. She is responsive, timely, fun to work with, knowledgeable about the market, resourceful, and educational. She listens well. She has great follow-up. We could not have asked for a better first day with a realtor who knows her market well. Sally and Rick Portland, Oregon

Andrea did a great job of selling our home in just a few days. We always had a quick response when we had any questions. She’s easy to talk to and always took time for us. She is both professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for a positive experience!

We worked with Andrea for over 2 years to find our dream space in Manzanita. Through the pandemic, through zero inventory, through a crazy market - she kept us informed, set our expectations well and provided level-headed guidance on the local details of the market. When the right house came on she was extremely responsive to the required tight timeframe, communicated clearly, provided solid guidance through the offer process and was almost as thrilled as we were when our offer was accepted! We can't recommend Andrea highly enough!

Andrea listed our house on Thursday June 2nd and we had an offer by Monday June 6th. The process has gone very smoothly and we are very happy with our experience. Andrea stays on top of everything and communicates well. We closed today July 7th! We had a great experience! Thank you!!

Andrea is professional at all times. She is an excellent communicator; we were kept well informed throughout the whole process. She is highly knowledgeable of the real estate market along the North Coast. We recommend her highly.

Andrea is a thoughtful, patient, and a wonderful buyer's agent. We have worked together on purchasing a property on the Oregon Coast. She has an extensive knowledge of the area and market conditions. She is patient and works with us on finding the best home for our budget and needs. She was very responsive and easy to work with!

Andrea and her team helped us buy a house in Manzanita in a tight timeline and complicated scenario (we were out of town and couldn’t visit easily). She helped us pre-inspect, see the property in detail via a video call, negotiate, and ultimately be the winning bid in a very competitive market. She then helped us get to close without a hitch! We highly recommend her!

Working with Andrea Mace has been an amazing experience. She took the reins and lead me through a whirlwind market. After researching and gathering comps, she let me know what to expect and what to prepare for. She was so precise in pricing that our home sold right away-just as she predicted. We have been completely happy with our experience and we have Andrea Mace to thank.

Simple and straightforward process, Andrea was great to work with. Not to mention that digital signatures have come a long way to make the closing process easy.

Andrea helped us put an offer in on a Manzanita property that had been stagnant on the market a while. While that one didn't work out, she quickly took the knowledge of our preferred property type and was able to show us a house that was pre-listing and a perfect fit. We did a facetime tour, and already knowing the area from prior visits, purchased the home that day remotely. Andrea was a great help through the process from offer signing, to inspection, to close. We recommend her highly.

Andrea helped us purchase a vacation home in Seaside, OR. My first email exchange with her was in the spring of 2020, when the COVID lockdowns were in effect. Because of that and other factors, I decided to postpone my search. Andrea was very supportive, and I never felt pressured. Fast-forward 18 months, and I was ready to dive in again. I knew I wanted to work with Andrea because I needed an agent who I could trust would be on top of things every step of the way, given I live in another state. My experience working with her touring properties, and then closing on the house we ultimately chose did nothing but further cement that first impression. She was supremely responsive, and always made us feel like we were her only clients. She responded to emails and texts at odd hours at night and on weekends and helped with every detail of the transaction. She felt more like a family member (with great knowledge of the local real estate market!) than an agent. She really went above and beyond, and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend her!

This is the third transaction I’ve done with Andrea, they all went the same way. Professional, knowledgeable and just great to deal with. She also makes sure the price we set is practical but understanding the local market and what’s moving. She also helped me when I was designing the house on what people were looking for in today’s market…..all went great.
