We had ideas about what we wanted, but no clue about the coastal market. Now, thanks to Andrea, we have our own house a few blocks from the beach in Seaside, OR. My experience with Andrea exceeded my expectations. She was extremely responsive to my questions and went above and beyond by seeking estimates for some of the repairs and maintenance needed by the house we were purchasing. She was in almost daily contact during the process and facilitated communication between buyer and seller which led to a very positive negotiation for both parties. This purchase was a vacation property some distance from our primary home which made it challenging, but I felt confident that Andrea was on top of it and conducting a purchase of this significance electronically became not so scary with her guidance.

Andrea listed and sold my house in Nehalem. She kept me well informed throughout the process. The first offer did not result in a sale. This was not because of anything that Andrea did, but because the FHA appraiser did not submit a report. The second offer came quickly after we placed the house back on the market. She had a very helpful network of resources, e.g., repair people from whom to get estimates, engineering reports, etc. I also appreciated the fact that she got a second opinion when we were trying to decide on a selling price. Since the house needed fairly extensive repairs, it was difficult to use other comps in the area. I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone who wishes to sell a house in the Nehalem area.
