My experience with Andrea exceeded my expectations. She was extremely responsive to my questions and went above and beyond by seeking estimates for some of the repairs and maintenance needed by the house we were purchasing. She was in almost daily contact during the process and facilitated communication between buyer and seller which led to a very positive negotiation for both parties. This purchase was a vacation property some distance from our primary home which made it challenging, but I felt confident that Andrea was on top of it and conducting a purchase of this significance electronically became not so scary with her guidance.
