Andrea was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Twenty years ago, she took a left turn and found her forever home in New Port Richey, Florida. While she misses the mountains and the desert, she loves living on the Nature Coast and enjoying the Florida lifestyle. Knowing first hand what its like to relocate, she is uniquely suited to help you find your perfect landing place. Andrea is a Stellar MLS Super Agent, a member of the West Pasco Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She worked 27 years in the hospitality industry and participated in every aspect of running a successful business. Longterm work with clients, customers and vendors along with her experience with business management gives her an unmatched skillset when it comes to hard work, organization, negotiations and over exceeding her client’s expectations. Her number one priority is helping you along the path of selling or finding your new home. Andrea has an Associates of Art degree from Pasco/Hernando State College and enjoys traveling the state to explore and learn about Florida’s natural beauty and diverse ecosystems. She raised two daughters here, volunteering with Girl Scouts, community gardens, school music programs and animal welfare along the way. When she’s not spending time in the garden with her dog, Susie, she’s exploring the bay area’s locally owned restaurants and brewpubs. Her hobbies include practicing yoga, hiking local recreational parks, cycling anywhere 2 wheels can go, paddle boarding in the Gulf of Mexico, and kayaking in the spring fed rivers. She’s a Bucs fan, a Rays and a Lightning fan and gets to home games when ever she can.
