My husband and I was in the market for a new home. We started looking, and contacted the listing agent for each property. Several different realtors did not return calls on the weekend, others took days to return our calls. When we called Andrea, she was ready to meet our needs no matter what time or day, Andrea made herself available to us. She not only showed us the homes that we were interested in, she also done a diligent search on the property as well as the surrounding areas to inform us of any sink holes activity near by. If you are looking to purchase or sell the home you have I highly recommend Andrea as your realtor, I know for a fact, if we were to ever purchase another home Andrea Hern would be the realtor I would call. All I can say about Andrea's work ethic and professionalalism is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!

We sold our house during the current Covid outbreak. Being Canadian we were unable to return to our Florida home to pack and get ready for the move. Andrea went above and beyond and assisted us in hiring movers, liaising with the hired company and ensuring the home was clean for the new owner. Once the house was empty, almost all the cleaning was done by Andrea. Throughout the selling process Andrea always offered knowledgeable, sound advice, was always good humoured and a pleasure to deal with. We plan to purchase another Florida home and Andrea has again offered her assistance through sending us properties that meet our interests and has offered to be view properties on our behalf and take videos for us to view. We viewed several homes when we were still in Florida and Andrea always set up showings quickly. She offers her knowledge and expertise but always ensures decisions our ours. Anyone who chooses Andrea as their sales representative won’t go wrong.

Andrea was excellent made the dale easy no surprises ! she explains in detail , the process from the beginning to end of the transaction. I would recommend Andrea to all of my family and friends. I was lucky enough to find a motivated realtor.
