Not to mention we all lived very far away from the property and she watched over it like it was her own; I never worried about the property once it was in her hands! I can't thank her enough for her attention to detail and professionalism throughout the entire home selling process. Never felt like something was lacking in Anastasia's efforts! She would find out extra information for me about all the houses we looked at and I was very appreciative of the little details she would notify me of about a particular property.

We got lucky when Zillow referred us to Anastasia! We had previously (10 years ago) worked with another great realtor in Denver, but in looking for a house in the mountains, it was clear that Anastasia had a lot of knowledge about the differences and peculiarities of mountain properties that a city realtor might lack, like septic systems, well water, radon, and access in winter. Anastasia also knew of a few tactics to make our bid more competitive - tactics that we previously hadn't heard of, but likely made a difference in succeeding in our second bid on a house which fit 90% of the criteria that we had laid out when we first started looking for a place to retire to. Given the nature of the real estate market lately (lots of people coming to the mountains from out of state and from areas of the state that suffered from fires last summer), it was important to be quick when a property came on the market. Anastasia was always quick to respond to phone calls, and it never took longer than 2 days to get a viewing of a house of interest. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced realtor.
