Made 40 percent more than I would have if I'd sold as is and it was only a couple hundred bucks to get it the rest of the way there. When it came time to list, the house was on the market for only 5 days before we had a contract for full asking price and she handled everything we needed with showings, lockboxes and the buyer's agent.
