From day one Amy put in the extra effort to show me houses in my price range. The market was tough yet Amy continued to show me places and the communication never had a delay. Amy goes far and beyond the extra mile to help, understand, and recommend areas that will not be something you wouldn’t like. If I had to do it all over again, I would change nothing. I gave Amy my budget, area, and details of what I wanted for my home. We had an offer in within 24hours. Amy is also very knowledgeable on offers that will get you the house over other offers. It’s a tough market as I write this review. Even if the market gets better, Amy is just a call or text away to guide you on the offer, if need be, and getting your home. Amy helped us find our 1st and forever home. With it being our 1st home we had lots of questions with understanding the whole process. Amy was always in constant communication with us over text or email, and her response time was fast and very detailed. We never felt pressured, and if we found a house she didn't send to us she would find out more information on it for us. Our house we bought was actually the 3rd house we looked at in this area. While we were on our way to look at the 2nd house, I was randomly looking on my phone and saw this 3rd house so I showed it to her while we looked at the 2nd house and she was able to find the info on it and after we left the 2nd house went to see it. It turned out to be perfect and we loved it, and within and couple hours she had our offer in. She worked with us, and we felt very involved along the way. She helped us so much with understanding the offer and what everything meant and what the next steps were and so on. It's pretty clear she loves her job and really cares for the people she works with. We never felt like just "clients" to her. She made us feel like real people, that really makes all the difference in my opinion. This was a long road for us to buy a house and she was a blessing to have her throughout this house hunting journey. It can be overwhelming and stressful at times buying a house. Amy was able to explain things clearly and put any worries we had at ease. I could go on and on about how great she is, and how much she went above and beyond for us! I would recommend her 100% I have nothing negative to say about her, or anything she could have done differently. A few years from now when our kids start looking to buy a house (our youngest is 18) I won't let them use anyone but her, because I know they will be in the best hands with Amy. She truly is amazing, and made this experience better then we could have ever imagined. She without a doubt deserves a million stars!

We talked for over a year before we closed on a place. She was super patient the whole time. She also helped immensely with video showing a few places while I was out of town. She works in Missouri and Illinois. She's a very hard worker and we have become friends after a year of her helping me buy a place. Totally recommend.
