Amy is a terrific agent, she encouraged me to bring my house up to code and get an inspection instead of selling as is and she was absolutely right. Made 40 percent more than I would have if I'd sold as is and it was only a couple hundred bucks to get it the rest of the way there. When it came time to list, the house was on the market for only 5 days before we had a contract for full asking price and she handled everything we needed with showings, lockboxes and the buyer's agent.
