I didnt want to sell my home of almost 40 years, but needed to downsize. Amy sold it the first weekend. So fast,t I had nowhere to go for awhile. But luckily came upon this condo that seens to be a good fit. Hoping it all works out well for all of us.

My mom lived in my childhood home for 39 years and was apprehensive about moving. Thank God Amy was our realtor, because she helped us lay out for my mom why it was beneficial for her to move from her 5-bedroom, 2-story home that she was living in alone. She helped us show the price comparison of something that fit her needs better and how much more money she would be saving every month. After walking her through her offer (which only took one weekend to get and was above asking price), Amy was there for every step of the way, including checking in on how her packing and moving was going. She was thoughtful, sincere and even helped her read documents that she was struggling to read on her own. After my mom signed the closing documents, Amy went straight to work in finding my mom a new place to live. Within a few weeks, mom found a place she loved and Amy went right to work to get an offer in quickly. She got it and its the perfect home for her. I cannot stress enough how important Amy was throughout this entire process. My mom would still be living in her old home, not saving money at all and worried about how she'll pay the mortgage. Amy's precise and direct communication skills and her willingness to get to work were the driving force in getting my mom in her now forever home. She was incredibly thoughtful about how she pitched and sold our home, leading to it going under contract within a single weekend of showing. From the timing to the advertising (with a video including drone footage), she made our home very appealing and was able to guide us on appropriate pricing, negotiation and expectations.
