Amy represented us on the buying and building of our new home and the selling of our old home. She was very helpful in setting a selling price for our old home which we sold in two days. She helped in negotiating a lease back on our old home as it sold so quickly, the new home was not scheduled for completion for two and a half months. Amy held our hand throughout the entire new construction project. The lot we discovered quite by accident had a small for sale sign with little other info posted. She researched the project and the developer and builder for us, and attended EVERY meeting we had throughout the discovery process, the negotiation and planning, and eventually the construction and move in. She even helped us with our downsizing in arranging for the donation and pick up of several rooms of furniture. She was on top of every detail throughout the process which lasted over a year from start to finish. We had never built a home before, so we relied on Amy to help us through the process. We certainly could not have had such a successful down sizing transition without Amy's help. She is professional, knowledgable, detail oriented, incredible on follow up, and just as pleasant a person as you could ever meet. We would recommend her without reservation.

There aren't enough stars to rate Amy - If you look at the sky at night it would give you an idea of the professionalism and true client service I received working with her. From start to finish, Amy was always accessible, day or night. It's been 30 years since I've purchased a home and I had forgotten how nerve wracking it can be. Now that the kids are grown and have lives of their own it was time to "downsize" to a home that was smaller but also had the amenities I was looking for. As anyone who has purchased a home can testify, it is a roller coaster ride at times. Whenever I would become anxious, Amy would always say "We are going to find you a place that is a perfect fit!" Amy was very knowledgeable on every home/neighborhood we visited. Amy was great start to finish! She was always readily available to show homes (even same day, weekends, and evenings), ready to answer any questions, and looks for what is best for you and does not push you to get home, but assists you in getting the best deal and the best house.
