Amy represented us on the buying and building of our new home and the selling of our old home. She was very helpful in setting a selling price for our old home which we sold in two days. She helped in negotiating a lease back on our old home as it sold so quickly, the new home was not scheduled for completion for two and a half months. Amy held our hand throughout the entire new construction project. The lot we discovered quite by accident had a small for sale sign with little other info posted. She researched the project and the developer and builder for us, and attended EVERY meeting we had throughout the discovery process, the negotiation and planning, and eventually the construction and move in. She even helped us with our downsizing in arranging for the donation and pick up of several rooms of furniture. She was on top of every detail throughout the process which lasted over a year from start to finish. We had never built a home before, so we relied on Amy to help us through the process. We certainly could not have had such a successful down sizing transition without Amy's help.
