There aren't enough stars to rate Amy - If you look at the sky at night it would give you an idea of the professionalism and true client service I received working with her. From start to finish, Amy was always accessible, day or night. It's been 30 years since I've purchased a home and I had forgotten how nerve wracking it can be. Now that the kids are grown and have lives of their own it was time to "downsize" to a home that was smaller but also had the amenities I was looking for. As anyone who has purchased a home can testify, it is a roller coaster ride at times. Whenever I would become anxious, Amy would always say "We are going to find you a place that is a perfect fit!" Amy was very knowledgeable on every home/neighborhood we visited. Amy was 100% honest managing my expectations and finding me a home that was not only in my price range, but exceeded everything I was looking for. Amy had an answer for almost all of my questions and would seek answers if she didn't. Amy also went above and beyond and had a recommendation for every service I could have possibly needed (and the people he recommended were just as top notch). Amy also listed my old home and held my hand throughout the process: showings, how I should "stage" my house, what I should focus on, etc. I had a request for a showing 2 HOURS after she placed the for sale signs on my lawn. Amy was great start to finish! She was always readily available to show homes (even same day, weekends, and evenings), ready to answer any questions, and looks for what is best for you and does not push you to get home, but assists you in getting the best deal and the best house. Amy is the BEST! I shared with her the areas that I wanted to explore and she provided me with great listings that were right on the mark for our search. Her quick background work helped us narrow down the number of listings to the ideal number for me and she made appointments for showings on very short notice! Midway through the process I decided to look for new construction and she immediately shifted to focus on that market. One afternoon I found the best development for me and called her mid-afternoon with the update. She called me back in 30 minutes and said that we could see the builder's agent that night. Her quick work paid off with me getting the lot that night! (The next morning another interested party wanted to purchase the same lot.).
