Amy met with us prior to negotiations. She went through comps with us and advised on pricing and the additional features our home had. She was very helpful with the closing documents and walking us through each phase of the sale, home inspection and staging the home for open house, Her work ethic and dedication are over the top. She even came and helped us with painting, packing up our belongings and overseeing work that was done after the sale.
