Amy was nice to work with. She came in through a friend of mine who referred me based on her spectacular reviews. She was knowledgable in the industry and was professional. We had our mind set on one property, so it was a quick and easy sale that took less than two months. We never saw any other homes nor did we receive recommendations on similar homes in the area and in comparison to realtors I've worked with previously, it didn't feel as if Amy went above and beyond. We closed in August of last year and never heard from Amy again, even though she said she would follow up. For that reason, I dropped a star because it's important to maintain the relationship with the client after the purchase of the property, even a congratulations on your new home would be nice. I will not be recommending Amy for any of my friends that are purchasing my experience felt like a transaction.
