We had such a long and complicated process selling our home but thanks to Amy and her experience it all worked out at the end. Escrow what more than 60 days and Amy was able to get us paid for each day after the normal 30 day escrow. So at the end I was able to get extra cash and our home sold for above asking price which was great. Hello All. The one of the most difficult decisions to make once you decide to sell your home is choosing the right agent. I interviewed several competent agents and each had a similar strategy regarding how a home should be sold, but they could not explain why that strategy should apply to how my home should be sold. (As an engineer, I asked a lot of questions and wanted to undersand the process and approach in great detail.)
