We met through my lender and I needed to move out of my rental as the building wasn’t what it used to be and I was ready to buy my first home. The challenge was I would be moving from Ventura County to Coachella Valley and Amy made everything so simple where there really wasn’t a challenge after all. Phenomenal!! Just the thought of selling our house was overwhelming. We had set to move cross country and hadn’t found a property yet since we had to sell in order to buy. She has a think-outside-the-box marketing strategy, gets very creative and we had tons of traffic in our home while the market had already started to slow down. We love Amy!! We are from the Bay Area and Amy made it so easy to see homes, give us good advice, get under contract with the price we want and even negotiate to get credits.
