Amy is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely patient. My husband and I were looking for our dream home in the Myrtle Beach Beach area for approximately 5 years. Amy kept us informed about the market. We finally purchased in Little River. She has become a close friend to my family. She is a great communicator and problem solver. I would recommend her to my family and my friends.
Amy went above and beyond to sell our house! She always kept us updated and was easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend Amy for an agent , she goes the extra mile for her clients.
Amy was knowledgeable of the housing market in the area & helped us narrow down communities & houses that were appropriate for us. She was professional in her dealings with us throughout the house search, the offer negotiation & the closing. Throughout it all she was personable & patient.
Amy is so patient and knowledgeable about the area, all the homes for sale with my particular criteria and so incredibly patient! I highly recommend Amy for anyone buying or selling their homes! She is so easy to work with, organized and super friendly!
Amy was so kind and professional during the process. She made herself available when I needed her, whether through text, email, or in person. She made it an easy process!
If you are moving to Myrtle Beach, Conway, Georgetown or any of the surrounding area, you can NOT go wrong with Amy Moss as your realtor! To say I was all over the place, would be an understatement. It was the first time buying on my own. I knew absolutely nothing about the process. Amy was completely on point from beginning to end. She helped me every step of the way. Even telling me when I was heading in the wrong direction. Like keeping in my price range and reminding me of all the extra expenses that I kept forgetting about. It truly felt like we had been friends for years. Very easy to talk to and no question went unanswered. I literally can not say enough good things about the home buying experience with Amy. I promise you, you will not go wrong with Amy Moss as your realtor.
