Amy is the best!!!!!! We've used her twice now; once for my brother-in-law's house, and the second time on a condo my husband and I just recently purchased. She is FANTASTIC. Very thorough, very friendly, very knowledgeable and always follows through on everything she says she's going to. This had been a rental condo in a trust in Laguna Niguel, CA. When my mother died, we placed it on the market and originally used the property management company as listing agent out of convenience more than anything else, because there were tenants in the unit with 8 months left on a lease. There was not even one offer, and communication from the other company was poor.
