Trusting my instincts, I retained Amy to assist in selling a property going through probate. I was handling the sale of the property while living on the east coast while Amy is on the west coast. Amy was exceedingly helpful and was my "eyes and ears on the ground." I am an extremely detailed person, and Amy is the same way. Amy handled the cleaning of the house, including the windows and carpet by different vendors, the removal of a wood-infested termite structure, and made poignant recommendations on the timing of listing the house and the price that would garner the most interest.
